I use world renowned machinery to aid me in my sharpening projects, allowing me to undertake individual blade sharpening or more wide-scale industrial jobs.

If you have a kitchen or restaurant and want all your knives sharpened, I have a machine that is CE compliant, so I can bring it to you and sharpen all your blades quickly and effectively.

If you have individual tools that need a more precision finish, I have a machine that is ideal for getting specialist tools such as carpentry chisels back to their best.

For more delicate blades, I am highly skilled in the Japanese method of sharpening, using varying grades of whetstones to slowly but surely bring the blade back to razor sharp levels.

I use the full range, from 800 to 1200 grit, allowing me to carefully and patiently bring the knife to its maximum potential sharpness.

I have a set of Henkels kitchen knives which are between 10 and 15 years old. Despite my efforts with a steel, a set of whet stones and a rather expensive knife sharpener, I have never managed to keep these anywhere near as sharp as they once were. It got to the stage where I was using a serrated bread knife to slice an onion and I really wasn't enjoying cooking as much as I used to.

In a single hour Jerry returned to me my 9 treasured knives and they are razor sharp, I mean, possibly better than new!
